Dryblock

DryBlock admixtures and clear water repellents reduce water in the wall system and minimze risk against efflorescence, white residue, freeze-thaw cracking, mold, and mildew.

It is common to see specifications on DryBlock admixtures followed by a field coat of clear water repellent. Sparklewash Construction Services recommends applying a water repellent on the block to keep the moisture out and prevent mold from forming.

Weather Seal Siloxane

Weather Seal Siloxane is a penetrating, clear water repellent which fills the pores of the block with 98% breathability. It also holds out moisture up to 60 M.P.H. wind-driven rain.

We also use special products from the top chemical manufacturer in our industry, PROSCO, to clean your building to its original Blue Print specification.
